“Having Nicola as my PT has been great! She listened to my goals, previous experience and current injuries and built up a series of workouts that not only challenged me but helped me achieve my goals. "Getting Nic to coach me online was the best thing I did for my running. I was worn out, lost my motivation, worried about I might just stop doing it one day. Nic made personalised training plans, to help me find the enjoyment again. The plan has clear purpose and wide variety. It accommodates my schedule, injury history, how I progress and of course my goal. She checks all my training sessions, adjust the plan accordingly, check in with me regularly, and answer all my questions anytime I have it. It makes things so much easier, I don’t have to worry about which plan to follow, am I doing it right, or what training should I do tomorrow, is it better to put in a hard workout or easy run … now I just do what Nic tells me to :)
