Online Running Coaching

Personalised running coaching can benefit any runner, whether you’re taking your first steps on your running journey or you’re an experienced runner aiming to get faster for your next race. I will work with you to develop a training plan tailored to your needs and goals. 

First we'll have a chat so you can tell me about your running background, goals, and lifestyle, and I'll explain how I can help you. There is no commitment at this stage, it’s important that you also decide if I am the right fit for you. 

Every two weeks you'll receive your training plan (via the GoodCoach app), which factors in your work and life commitments. The plan will cover all aspects of your training; including the runs, cross training, and strength and conditioning workouts. 

 

We'll keep in touch during each week and I'll be on hand to give you feedback and answer any questions you have. Once a month we'll have a call to review your training. Over the weeks I'll adapt and progress your plan based on your feedback. 

If you live locally to Rugby, there is the option to do 1-2-1 sessions when needed (discounted price of £30). This might be to focus on your running technique or strength and conditioning.

1-2-1 Coaching Sessions

Do you need help with strength and conditioning or your running technique? Perhaps you are just at the start of your running journey and need some extra support. I offer 1-2-1 coaching sessions to help you achieve your goal, whatever your experience.  The price is £35 for 60 minutes or you can purchase a pack of sessions

 

I cover Rugby and the surrounding areas, including Daventry and Lutterworth. 

 

If you live further afield, then there is the option to do an online coaching session focusing on strength and conditioning.
