I can coach you to reach your health and fitness goals in a supportive and motivating environment. The focus is 100% on you and helping you achieve your best.
Enjoying exercise is key for our motivation so sessions will be fun, varied and challenging (in the right way!) whilst being based on your specific needs. You'll receive support at every stage and we'll have regular contact outside of your sessions to check on progress. There may be times I encourage you to go out of your comfort zone, but only if you are happy to. Communication works both ways and I’ll always take on board your feedback.
All I ask is that you are committed during our time working together. Remember you’re making an investment in you! Healthy lifestyle changes take time, effort and dedication. Are you ready for the challenge?

Sessions can take place in your home or garden, or online, whichever is most convenient. Each session lasts 60 minutes. Face to face sessions are available within 10 miles of Rugby, including Daventry and Lutterworth.
