Personal Trainer and Running Coach
After several years working in the corporate world, in 2016 I retrained as a Personal Trainer and Running Coach to follow my love of exercise. I previously trained clients in a corporate gym in central London, helping them achieve their health and fitness goals as well as teaching HIIT and spin classes.
I now live in Rugby and in 2022 I gave birth to my daughter. Since then I have been navigating my own post natal exercise journey. I've had several challenges to overcome, and I believe I can put that experience to good use with my coaching.
I've coached a wide range of runners, from helping complete beginners run their first 5k to supporting experienced runners to marathon PBs. I was a coach at Mornington Chasers Running Club and delivered a series of strength and conditioning sessions for its members.

I’ve been running since my early twenties and straight away caught the ‘running bug’.
I’ve completed several marathons, duathlons and a couple of triathlons (swimming is not my strength!).
I’m at my happiest when I’m out for a long run or bike ride in the countryside.
