
Post Natal Training
Have you had a baby and want to get back exercising again, but you’re not sure where to start or which exercises to do? I can help you rebuild your strength and create some ‘me’ time.
I had my daughter in May 2022 so I understand the demands of being a Mum and how there can seem little time for focusing on you.
We’ll work together to create an exercise programme that works for you, which takes into account your existing commitments. As well as your PT session, I’ll work with you to build new healthy habits and where necessary provide nutritional advice.
I encourage all my post natal clients to see a women’s health physiotherapist before our first session together. They can identify any core or pelvic floor issues that need addressing. You must have had your 6 week GP check.
