Frequently asked questions
Please travel as light as possible, as I will not be able to carry items for you. If it’s a warm day it’s a good idea to bring water. If you have an inhaler please carry this with you.
Please leave your headphones at home. I appreciate that some people like to run with music, but you’ll need to be able to hear me during the session and it means you'll be able to chat to each other.
Yes, don't worry if you miss a run due to work/family commitments or feeling unwell. It happens to all of us. Remember the plan is there as guide. Avoid trying to catch up on the missed run, as you risk overtraining and getting injured. Instead complete the next run on the plan.
Even if you miss several sessions in a row, do keep going. It may mean repeating a week which is fine. I'll discuss with you about where in the plan to restart and adapt the group sessions for you.
